XanEx
By HeLlSeND
Been strung out on xanex
so long it’s a reflex
for me to just reject
every aspect of life
So maybe my brains gone
from all of this strain on
this thin line I hang on
now gone from the knife
Or maybe the acid
has wrapped me in plastic
till my soul is flaccid
just askin’ to cope
With my vision blurry
the world seems so scary
and yet they all hurry
to bury my hope
With the cards that I hold
my best bet’s to fold
but I try to stay bold
in this mold that I’m in
If life is such crap
& I’m stuck in this
trap where daily I’m slapped
just for trying to grin
Then why should we hold on
This shoulder a cold one
this boulder that no one
will ever make move

I felt this one. It is well written. I loved your use of the word "flaccid". Awesome word choices.
