Everest Snow;

By whisperingwalls

.

This is her lonely ghost

baying out in the cold.

Amid the Everest

she calls out like a dialtone

a chilling flatline zero

as pine trees snow.

I miss your broken record ways

thread skips along each melody

I miss when nights turned into days

miss when nights turned into days.

There's nothing to find

scattered amongst your needles

snow crested

    The tone here is very interesting. It's cold- almost detached. Like you can see into the image and feel the leftover emotion, but the scars are old. Lovely piece.

    The first two portions were quite exceptional and the rest didn't disappoint either. Good piece. +tpu+
