daffodils look lovely today

By boneplate

This is the long dark march of my soul.

sickheartedly alone, definite.

aimlessly trudging,
finding a home in
leafless existence.

Starving,

to be….

The only sound is the guttural shriek
of abandonment.

 Has anyone ever looked lovely?
