Three
By pessum ire animus
A single tain whistle
Amongst the crickets chirping
The bridge
lights illuminate
This lovely riverside bed
Head spins,
thoughts uncontrolled
Not a single cloud, mere stars
Passers
by only miles away
Oblivious of my eyes
A dingy, gently,
silently
Blows by unknowing
LIke the occasional
Fading
fish
Cold steel, pressed ever
Ever so slightly
Worlds
of visions pass
Torment my mind
A soft squeeze
Barely
even noticable
Blacker than the night sky
The sound unheard
A simple face appears
A distant fisher emerges
The innocence,
the trust
would never forgive me
A cold thud as
As
metal hits metal
Decocked, safety reinstated
A sole tear runs
down my face
Life will crumble
Friends betray
My
only savior
My protector
How can one make
Change
a person
Fill a cold heart
With love
I know your reason
Now, why God has crossed
Both of our paths
In such an untimely
manner
Youre just one person, a miracle to me
Maybe one
day you will truley see
How you, my love, saved this soul
But
for you, you are only three years old

Lovely ending and uplifting too. A couple typos in the last two stanzas detracted slightly, thanks for this offering.
