Body Litter

By Frater Synth

Steel rain falling from the sky,

Followed by the booming cry of fire,

Slivering shards of metal flying through the air,

Exploding of a bloody mist,

Dark red sand,

Human flesh hung up in the trees,

Scattered limbs upon the ground.

People running to view the eerie scene ,

Children picking up dismembered hand and feet,

Tossing them through the air playing catch,

As parents try to drag them away.

Families weep,

Trying to identify lost loved ones,

Scattered among the littered ground.
