I can say how you could get that impulse to stab..if people whom I assume perhaps consider themselves friends or family ..pretend..ignore..and in the end really have a bad ideal of you inside.. I think this work was good..you got what you wanted say it very well.and formatted interesting too.right now at first glance I picture a jack hammer lol..
