For Myriad Lives

By Samael Crowe

Nigh is the time filled with darkness
There’ll be no life to feel the silence
No one to share the blissful epiphany
Of return to one’s self, mute within

And I have been waiting for myriad lives
Always the same dubious mind
Enthralled by the awe of the stellar flight
Shut are the doors to the paradise lost

Finding myself in this animate shell
Where I’ve been imprisoned
For myriad separate lies
„No, I‘ll never let go“
I need you to help me let go

Even though you’re always there
Your words are silent
The cosmos speaks in different ways, personal & void
All the same, I’m to blame
I listen to the signs… unfolding

There in the fields of despair
I am searching my mind to unveil
This dystopia clouding the brightest Self
Shadows loom before me & the Jewels they bestow upon me
Knowledge and the wisdom of the previous Enlightened ones
I’ve come here to become me
Why can’t I ever let go?

Great piece Samael! I really like the feel of this poem that search for something more, something that the world can't offer us. Continue to seek, your searching blesses us all!

Thank you! Although I think that this search should be conducted by everyone.

Yes! To read about it is one thing, to experience it is quite another! Very true! I am a seeker myself, and yes there is much to be seen on the Journey! There is so much more than what we see. We are so much more than we ever believe we could be, and much more sinister, and selfish, and prideful than we ever thought possible! The journey reveals much.

Exactly, my friend! This understanding is actually the beginning of the path to self-realisation. The actual human life begins with asking the questions: "Who am I?", "What is the point of life?" etc. Sadly, this kind of thinking is never encouraged in schools (or anywhere else for that matter), quite the contrary.

If we learn from the world What have we truly learned Samael That we can be like the world... I and my work here is ignored from most, and I have been labeled as insane... Insane because I conform not to others and their worldly adaptations as they do ,just to give them a sense that they belong to something, anything. You have a great hunger for more than just what is accepted by most...it shows great in your writes..and I do understand...this I know, We don't have to be like others, to be ourselves...write on brother 13......

Yes, very wise words, 13. To conform always to others and forget your own Self is worse than dying. Or in other words – that is the actual death. I think we're here because we forgot who we are and it is our only duty to remember our position. I'm glad to see another seeker.

Thank you, dear brother. I agree that most won't ever understand (or at least not in this life) but nevertheless, I aspire to kindle the yearning for the spiritual...
