  • "Sheesh Purp - I have night lizards that hang around the porch light; they are almost translucent. There is also a species of lounge lizard too, but haven't seen any since polyester pants and silk shirts fell into disfavor. I used to write some of my best stuff, just before getting totally smashed. Then I swore off it, learned about some of the technical aspects of poetry / prosody (I'm such a name dropper), and finally realized that I was a better poet when sober. I still keep a note pad on my nightstand. Join me in a cup of coffee and cheers! - Dan"

  • "Great job on carrying through with the extended metaphor of leprosy here Purp. We the living die each day and perhaps we do achieve some small measure of immortality in what we write. Cheers and thankyou for not going Zombie on me :) - Dan"

  • "Bleakly stated Purp, but every society seems to have its own version. Something about instilling a sense of right and wrong on a naturally naughty world, or something. Cheers, and linger yet awhile! - Dan"
