""The two spellings are of equal antiquity, and the Oxford English Dictionary states that "each of the current spellings has some analogical support." According to Wikipedia. Grey is how they spell it in England and Canada typically. I prefer that variation, even though I'm of neither nationality. Reminds me of the breed Greyhound (which was never spelled Grayhound). Thank you for the compliment; simple but satisfying was exactly what I was going for."
