  • "This still brings the deepest smile to my face and heart. I always realize after I read this (because I still do more often than you'd think) just how much I needed it. "

  • "This makes me very nostalgic, especially since friendship bracelets were a big part of my youth. They were very in for the late 80s and early 90s. There are stories within those strands, I'm sure. Your love of forms has become a specialty of yours, finding the best poetic form and devices to tell a story and then slaying it. I'm so glad you are here."

  • "Your words are never filler. These words do fill, though. They fill all the spaces in the sky. Immaculate is the imagery here, the solid pictures it paints with so few words. That is a sign of a true poet. That is a sign of a true man. "

  • "Man of a million forms, this is you to a tee. Malleable and yet so strong in your every endeavour. This is immaculate and gets more and more beautiful to see and hear each time it is read. You might feel that this is disjointed somehow, but that disjointedness (which is very subtle in some parts and hardly noticeable if the reader doesn't know you and how to spot it) lends such an emotional insight to this piece and to knowing you. Perhaps it is not the product of not writing for a while, you never lose skill in your talents no matter how long it has been between pennings, but rather you are being so honest here that it must come through, because it is so much of who you are. "

  • "Noooo, don't you do that dismissing this because it's old stuff thing. This is immaculate and that last stanza is gently dismal and romantic. This is my favourite of yours lately. The word choicing is strong and leaves a dent in the eyelids long after you have closed them to visualize and take in the nostalgia, class, and momentum of this piece. "

  • "I read this so many times before I could breathe a response. I have the hardest time reading things these days because when the imagery is as strong as this is, my mind runs with it and just transforms it into this song of an illusion. And with this, I will describe to you what I saw, though it will most likely not make a lot of sense...spinning, stray webs sailing on the breeze between newly blooming flowers and the sun reflects off the strand, yet also shines through and when the strand passes by me, the light is a slow, sweet melody made entirely of strings when it reaches my eyes and the world in that small wonder leaves me shaking and fearful for what lies inside and beneath and atop every little lovely thing that exists in the season. And with my own interpretation literally felt, not seen or heard, when reading this, my instructions to you are: Don't be afraid to keep growing, and to bloom, tall as the sky and deeper than the core. You are majestic and will only become as great as you dream. Stop dreaming and just be."

  • "When you have a lavender siren singing to you, anyplace can be your favourite place. But, this is only due in miniscules to your place and everything else to your mindworld of creation. I like this confessional side of your poetry, where you just say what needs to be said and what feels like saying without the need to say it perfectly. The result is perfection. "

  • "You're excused. Only because this minimal verse is chock full of infinite emotion and imagery aaaaaaand because I'm super anxious for the big project!"
