  • "Watch out whose outlook you grasp, but then if you ever took Debate 101, you learn to argue both sides of any subject too. Superb statements of rebellion and independence perhaps. Good luck to us all."

  • "This gave me a lot of visuals and some flashes of road-whizzing clips. A little White Zombie and ZZ Top crept in between some of the breaks in this for me, got me all rev'd up."

  • "Thanks, FB. Yeah, the situations that caused the scars die down and fade. Too bad the scars don't. Hard to move on with constant reminders. Thanks again. later -"

  • "Thanks, LB. You're outlook on scars is very cool. I hope someday I feel that confident and not care what others think. You can ride shotgun with me anytime. Thanks again. Til next time -"

  • "Thanks, OS. And I agree. My scars still play a huge role in my present time in one way or another. As far as commenting on the author's note, that's cool. It just jumped out of me at the end, and now I've been thinking more on that, than the piece itself. Anyway, thanks again. later - "

  • "heh.. 'scars are memories you can stare at' I was just pondering this on my route earlier this morning.. when I see comments or references about people's works are like knives slicing open flesh and it all pouring out.. I would have looked at my words as more like scars, constantly haunted by memories.. you like how I avoided commenting directly on the piece and just the author's note. i'm such an ass. Anyway, thank you for sharing :)"

  • ""Can't wish away a lack of trust" that whole stanza was especially powerful to me, when people put their own shortcomings onto others perhaps. Really enjoyed the groove this put me in, thanks Sean!"

  • "Thanks again, Dev. And yes, recent scientific studies have proved that my 'fucking' rhythm is equal to, but not greater than, my 'writing' rhythm. Many notebooks and sex dolls paid the ultimate price for this sensative information. Til next time -"
