"We tend to be our own worst critics, often what we see in the mirror is nowhere near who we truly are... with that being said, I've faced self issues and you can tell this is passionate poetry... The conflict, loathing, overcoming... you can tell its from the heart and not just bullshit."

"I kinda read this lil Suessian narrative as if it were a commentary on therapeutic dolls or something; I thought the idea that the guy was a 'mr clean' type comical for one who was using a doll to transfer his anger. The falling was reminiscent of the rabbit hole, I guess, and the pauses in the lines for modifiers and to keep the meter (not that it's completely regular, but it's close enough to recognize) is quite the classical English trait... from Chaucer to Pope. Thanks."
