- "Hope you remember me - this is Col aka Shadow Rapture/Magic Hatter/Zebra Warrior. 4 years is an incredibly long time to be absent from a poetry website; but in all that time I haven't forgotten you and what impact you first made over 5 years ago (!!) when you were the precocious talent that burst upon the scene here when I first joined. Since then like Troy (Equinox Ayslum) you've been more of a ghost than anything and I've often wondered what happened to you, but felt it was probably fruitless to mssg you as I had convinced myself you probably wouldn't come here and read it. That you were gone 'for good'. So it's quite the revelation to see you post a poem after such a lengthy lay-off and again, like Troy not sure if it's just another fleeting moment in time or if it's the rekindling of a flame. I hope the latter, as I really felt a strong connection to your poetry; the way you thought and they way you composed and I'd be totally delighted to see you as the artist you are make something of a "comeback". Please mssg me when you read this, I have something I wish to ask you. And why apologising? This is a fine poem, it reads from the here & now and summarises where you're at in your life. You must be what...18/19 now? (Hope that's right?!?!?!). So yes....excellent - please mssg me soon!! "

- "I don't know about your other stuff but, seemed like a very pure effort on your part. I can't see anything wrong with. Sometimes it's not so much that a style has diminished but, changed in some fashion through time and experience. Keep exploring with that childlike passion for all things. Not what I normally see, Thank you. Nice work."

- "no revisions...the open endedness of this is flying......the ache, the scared undertones of impending hurt, the way with which you see into your love's hearts and arrows even. .. . imperfection that aren't bothersome, jsut at times cumbersome to hold close as you want. .. . .. you made me hurt. and made me want to love better and deeper."

- "for your then-age I was awed by what you could articulate in words....prodigal gift. If only you'd have stayed and engaged more often...such a shame to wonder why poets like you are so reticent and in limbo; would loved to have read more frequent works by you...real shame"

- "ALright I'm addicted, I love your style of writing. Its paced at such a breakneck speed and always leaves you breathless and wondering how you got to the end. It makes me want to cradle my head, and go back to the begining and read it over.. rather like a roller coaster that makes you sick. Intense and enjoyable."

- "wow.. this is really incredible. it took me a moment to fall into the general rhythm of the piece, but one i realized it i was alright. Incredible discriptions and phrases wrapped in such a way as to stampede you breathlessly to the end of the piece, feeling as though your heart might stop and your mind might never be the same.. then the end comes and completely baffles you, pausing you in your headlong rush, almost as if you were dead. very nice."

- "Damn. I'm in awe. That doesn't happen much and means less. But Goddamn. It's so schizophrenic at break neck speed. A meth head OCD about words."

- "awesome awesome though the last bit kinda blows unless it's realized as a template for dead stiffling structure. kudos"

- "and of course considering your age it seems at once unnatural ad yet still dreamy, in the sese that youth absorbs that kind of heated dimension form which you speak "scarlet blizzards" et al.....a mindprober, excellent poem"

- "you remind of a poet called 'Yoshi Ooshi' who commited suicide aged 30 (please don't do the same!!) in the fact that your sentences reveal surreal hallucinoenic findings matched with a syntax as fierce as a scorpion on acid!"
