- "This was sad. Lovely. A very beautiful flow of words, that seemed to whisper. I found it dark, as well. Simply because, the story could have begun with a murder, and ended with his neibhors finding him dead and sweetly tucked in. Great job."

- "this is gut wrenching ...at first quite misleading in it's simple diction and basic stanza arrangement, a forcible speed up like a rolerocaster as the poem then unfolds and the story is told..aargh, violence to woman, i feel sick."
