Nothing
By Disassembly Boy
long hot nights
and bright red screams.
as flesh met metal;
my skin against the wall,
I retracted back my arms
and now I'm stuck here
pulling pieces
of this vacuity
back into me...
what seems so empty,
so meaningless
stays in feelings forever
trapped inside of me;
like a dream inside a dream.
oh baby, this nothing
is all I need.
(something strange I wrote)

Very intense with quick graphic imagery...the lack of being able to feel saving one from horror? Yet somehow haunts, but makes one whole, but implies more than one nothing. Twisted. I like ;)

"what seems so empty, so meaningless stays in feelings forever" yes...because those things that shouldn't mean anything when said or done...often fill a crater in a chest, or crumble the heart's strongest concrete walls. ~*Beth*~
