2007-02-09 The breeze of dreams

By bloody LOVEly

I woke, but couldn't quite catch the dream that slithers like a snake out of my mind, into someone elses, perhaps. I knew I'd slept, yet I felt heavy and exhausted as though I'd traveled all night. A great circle rose in the sky, and it entered through the clear square of my window, casting triangles and diamonds on the parallel wall as it reflected off the crystal that hung from the ceiling. As the shapes shook from the wind that blew beneath the cracks, I was reminded of pyramids in Eqypt, and a blue stream was created from my mind. It lead me to the pyramids that quivered on my wall, than shook and roared from the wall itself, spilling out onto the floor and down the hall. It whispered it's ancient history, and traveled curiously on. But when it leaked out the front door, the steps and the street and the neighbors dog were not outside. ONly fields of flowers waved to me as I stepped outside.
Someone calls my name...and the day dream is gone. Slipped away like a seed in the wind, so fast I can't catch it. I don't know where dreams go when they disapear, but someday I would like to live there...
