A Place For You Here

By virginalnympho

Where tears are etched on my face
Leaving a trail from my swollen eyes to their final resting place
Embedded in a broken heart so full of despair
There is a place for you here
Where the world is shaken from its core
And no one knows what they're living for
Where the rivers are made out of depressed crystal tears
There is a place for you here
On the mountain of the purest pain
Where people are so filled with hate they go insane
Here where there is nothing but nights of fear
There is a place for you here
Deep in the ocean where the waves wash away smiles
Where happiness never last for more than a little while
In a valley where you lose everything you hold dear
There is a place for you here
In a corner where dust collects on your dreams
And all you hear is the nightmares ringing with children's screams
Nothing of joy is kept near
There is a place for you here
Where lonesome is a way of life
And a hand is always tempted for a knife
Where the tears burn so they sear
There is a place for you here
In this place where I sit yearning for the feel of your skin
Where I would do anything to sink into you sin
In the darkness in which your voice is all I hear
There is a place for you here
