Pen To Pad (the hour)

*ring*
"Hello?"
"You up?"

(yawn)
"I am now."

"oh..."(burp)"Nevermind, I didn't realize the time. I'm going to bed now, good night."

(yawn)
1:44am
*sigh*

Must have been a drunken phone call. Of course, now I can't go back to sleep...

(sigh)

Well, they say the best writing comes from the subconscious. Lord knows my subconscious is more awake than I am so let's give it a try, shall we?

-=-Pen to Pad-=-

"Emotions often fluctuated
By people that we once had dated
People, over which we cried
People, often whom have lied"

Oh god...I sound like Dr. Seuss!

Hmm...maybe this sleepy writing shit just isn't for me. Or maybe...yeah...maybe I'll write with my heart instead of my brain. That might work....

-=-Pen to Pad again-=-

"Coffee, coffee I must brew
I'll drink it light & sweet like you
I'll drink it...

Who...Wtf was that shit? "light & sweet like you" It's damn green eggs & ham part 2! Jesus! I suck at this middle of the night writing crap!

Either that, or I need to not fear what I write. Hmm...let's try this one more time...

-=-Pen to Pad one last time-=-

I've
Falllen over
You
Only you need to
Understand
Understand I'd
Never hurt you, I
Don't
Even think I can
Really I'm
Still hurting
To be honest with you now
And trying to start over, it's
Not something I know how, to
Do, although I want
To, I would
Have loved to take you out
It's just that I'm
Still
Trying to figure
Hundreds of things out, &
Even as I write this
Now, I'm
Scared deep down insdie
About how
You'd react to this here
Story as I hide. Hide away as I
Often do..."

ahh....subliminal messaging at it's best.

*2:44*

Nice number...time for bed
