LEWY BODY DISEASE
By Zhee
Fervently blindness consumes
The specter mangled within,
Crippled, thrust in the chasms
Scarring the furrowed skin.
Unleashed demonic voices
Void the repressed profanity,
Wailing, lash out burning
The last sentinels of sanity.
Mutated the visions feast
Upon fear tainted screams,
Slashed, blood splattered walls
Painted in empty dreams.
Drained the bottle pirouettes
Empty where the idol stands,
Brittle, life slipping through
The weary tremulous hands…

I've never heard of this disease, but am grateful you have enlightened me. It seemed a cross between Tourette's Syndrome & Parkinson's disease combined.

i've heard of this disease somewhere in my studies...but no textbook could have described what you have captured here. what a devastating loss...the fragility of the mind and body is terrifying.
