say it

By Exodus

I took your promise.
And inclosed it in my hands.

I remained positive,
Because I know I ruin everything.

But you are late again
And this cant keep happening

Because I have nothing left in me
To forgive this.

Your words don’t mean shit.

When you constantly rip them away from me.

Replacing them with new, consoling ones.

And again.

I take your promise and hold it close to me.

I closed my eyes and tried to pretend

You were going to save me this time.

("dont say you're sorry"-broken)

Oh my god.. I can relate to this more than you could imagine. Aside from that, this is excellent, your wording is always so fluent, your message like a crystal clear punch. Very nice work. I love it.
