Dark Angel - Part Three

By Dayer

So now part three is here
You’ve waited in suspense
When this story get ugly
Please do not take offense
Yes, her cherry was popped
On that cold platform bed
And those white sheets were stained
Shades of Indian red
As I sat in the darkness
& watched this transpire
I could not help but notice
His sexual desires
& how deep in his mind
He was tasting her flesh
Yet by his own hands
Giving manhood a thresh
So as she lay sleeping
Peaceful & serene
Oblivious to all
Indecent & obscene
I watched from a distance
& could not help but wonder
What causes a man
To become torn asunder
Angels on the left side
Demons on the right
The right side was wrong
But it won on this night
Darkness consumed him
& in silence he moved
Safe so he thought
Allegations unproved
His fist tore her flesh
His hand grasped his member
Innocence was lost
That cold night in December
She pretended to sleep
Just to save her own life
Now she can’t give the gift
A man gets from his wife
It all happened so fast
That I could not respond
Quick enough to save her
From a bastard’s forced bond
In silence she lay there
Praying it was a dream
Not a peep on the outside
But internally she screamed
After feeling her pain
I became filled with rage
& the bed that she lay on
Set the most perfect stage
For under the pillow
Lay a razor sharp dagger
Soon plunged deep in his chest
Then he began to stagger
Again and again the blade
Tore at his skin
For finally she found
The strength deep within
She awoke upon stained sheets
Not her blood though, you see
For we are the Dark Angel
I am her, she is me

Need it be said again? This poetry you work is of all patterned notes inherently great; the effort here when your word is placed to thought reverberates realization of a definite lack of imperfection. Very well done.

This trilogy was awesome. I must have missed it when you first posted it, but it was truly amazing. Like the others, I hope it will turn into a series, but it would be just fine on its own.
