Haunting Games

By LovedByAMiracle

An evil game
with a darkened laugh.
And in my arms
you’ll await
for what you fear
will be your fate.

A precious moment
in cruel, cruel hands
fueled by stares
of desprite love.
Pain caused by the person
you think the world of

A fateful destiny
in dark night skies.
Premonitions of apathy
for you to uphold
With signs of nothing
but haunting cold

A dream of living
lacking the drips
of blood in my aura
placed there by you
I could have been saved
If only they knew

A kindred spirit
Put with me to be saved
by a heavy heart
and brittle lashes
To prevent an outcome
of you burying my ashes.

A heavy hearted moon
gazing down at my world
Knowing that I
will most surely be saved
by escaping your prison
I will no longer be enslaved
