Life
A loss too great
And time
Just floats ahead of you
Not letting the fear
Of living
Get too close to you
And your “reality”
I bring my cold hand
To touch your face
But you’ve already numbed the pain
Under the circumstances
You can’t sleep
And you don’t eat
Just because
I’m still here
Don’t let there be an empty space
Don’t dig a hole through your heart
There is no need for tears tonight
The world already cries
Enough as it is
Don’t let there be another empty space
Don’t erase me
Just because I’m gone
My words go unheard
Because
You’re gone.

I've read this no less than five times... and I feel like I learn something new about it each time. It's beautiful and amazing... I could spend hours contemplating every stanza. I wish I could figure it all out... I'll have to read more.

Why is everything so sad at the moment... I dont know if this was supposed to make me cry or if its just the fact that my best friend hates me, oh well. I enjoyed this in the sense that it was thought provoking and made me feel emotion... Powerful Write..
