Cried(an attempt at a love song)

By Trichotillomaniac

And did you cry last night
As I breathed my last breath
And did you sigh last night
As my eyes closed

And I wondered as my life has ended
Did you even care
That I loved you

Did you cry when I asked you
when I asked you
to leave

Did you cry when I begged you
when I begged
to stay

And I think, as I look from somewhere else
Did you cry last night
as I did when you left with someone else

Our love is wild, but I wanted to tame it
you asked me once
why I tried to control it

I have no answer now, as I am not here with you
Did you wonder if it
had anything
anything at all
to do with you?

You couldn't console in me when you sighed
you couldn't couldn't talk to me
when you cried

I was simply there as a pawn again
and did you cry for me?
did you cry for me?

all over again...
all over again..

It doesn't seem fair, that I right the love songs
It seems so surreal
My words make no sense

and I follow no flow
but still I write out the saddest of love songs

You never cried for me
this is why I left again
you never cried for me

I could tell a tale of young mare broken
or of a steed to proud to die

I could tell a tale of a girl who was open
and only needed an alby..

Tell me why, did I ask you to love me
Why did you have to appear?

I always tell the saddest love songs
of when you cried
a bed of tears.
