Winter Everywhere

By RoseTheBrokenHearted

I find myself asking,
If you even remember.
Thinking back to those
Long cold days in December.
The air was brittle,
And we could see our breath.
I spent those days hoping,
With all the faith that I had left.
After-hours spent snuggled,
In a corner of that cove.
We'd sit up chatting,
As we watched the fall of snow.
I never had a clue,
Those were to be days I'd miss the most.
It's been years,
And you have since been ghost.
