Pages

You are but, a page;
In a chapter of my book.
The story of my heart inside a cage,
Trapped without the key.
The season changed,
From summer to fall.
And with that, you were gone,
Left my mind to be rearranged.
A cycle that doesn't go away,
But maybe every now and then.
I'll always wonder why you didn't stay,
Because it's all I can do.

Your on the right track. Turn it. Lick your finger if you must to get the best friction but turn that page. The next chapter could be the best yet.
