Born to Run

Born to Run

. . My eyes burn . My tongue stings . Can't breathe through my nose and my ears ring . I cut the ropes . I made the change . I wrote the novel with one page strange . You said I would never forget you . Now here I stand asking ,"Who?" My comet has arrived . Thy will be done . Cause baby I was born to run .

I'll always love reading works that are short, but convey so much. Even without the image this paints a vivid picture. On a side note...now I have Born to Run stuck in my head. lol
