I miss you

By Desi VS The World

I miss the way you looked at me.

The way your eyes would light up when we hugged or kissed.
I miss how your dark eyes would prove to not be so dark afterall.

I miss your tight hugs.
I miss the way -no matter how long we had been away from each other- you'd still hug me like we'd been away for a lifetime.

I miss having someone I could break down in front of, and they'd love me all the same. You.

But most of all, I miss the way you looked at me.
From across the room, up close, or just in general.

(I miss you)

I like that this is written in stream of thought rather than format. It really gives it more nostalgia and power that way. The sense of longing seems to emanate from every word...
