Dark Clouds
By silentninja
Another pointless day
Another pointless Summer day
Everything melts within this heat
And I have had next to nothing to eat
Why do I even bother to rhyme?
The sky has been loaming with sun
For four weeks
The sky has promised a thunderstorm
For three days
The sky invites those little petulent monsters out
For the last two hours
If this nonsense does not stop
I'll kill them all in one minute
Four, three, two, one
I need a drink
The Grey rolls over the Blue
The sun is blotted out by the miserable gloom
Pitter Patter, Pitter Patter
There is no rain
Just wishful thinking
Too much wishful thinking
Give me dark clouds
Give me dark clouds
Give me those dark clouds
Again more wishful thinking

We've actually had nothing BUT thunderstorms here lately, and i'm loving it! They're so peaceful to me... The only cure to my insomnia. I loved this! xoxo
