Do you Believe in Angels?

By Dragonfly

A seed of mere distraction
A spawn of unrighteous ways
A slaughter of her disciples
A small price to pay

Dancing in her graveyard
Sleeping in her bed
Lying by her casket
Leaving roses in my stead

Lying in her meadows
As her light begins to die
Feeding her my darkened ways
Of darkly night cloaked lies

Do you believe in angels?
I do.
Because when her light was dying
His light then shown through

She should of died that morning
We should of put her down to rest
But today her light's still dimming
While her body is at rest.

Her heart is made of wires
Tangled up in knots
Unknown of where they lead to
Unknown of her last thoughts

Breaking into pieces
Her masks falls down to her feet
Revealing her hideous truth
And the fate she soon will meet

This was quite the complicated and challenging piece for me, but it was so well-written and most enjoyable at the same time, thanks PD.
