An Unfortunate Author

By Crush_With_Eyeliner

When he died
those 25
years ago
he left behind
a small Atlas.

All marked
like signposts
conveying
the places
he'd never been.

It could have
been a woman,
or his own
self-immolation-:

but when he put
the cold steel
against his temple
he'd never
been to Japan.

There is so much depth to this piece..."he had never been to Japan." Awesome bit of writing. Ciao, T/S Scholar
