Nocturnal Disturbances

By Wiccad

 I love the night.........
With its quiet cloak of black
It hides me well......from the light
While I scheme up my next plan of attack

The shadows will dwell
This is the livings dark hell
When I get to finally come out of my shell
Listen closely......you'll hear my bell

I hide your silver and your gold
Making you search about
You'd never know it, but I'm very old
I can lie next to you and shout

(If I permit it, you will hear me)

I rearrange your dining chairs
And stack all the glasses in pairs
Then smash the good china and wares
I love giving humans a good scare......

I am created by human emotion
Putting their fear into motion
I can make a real commotion
Come on give me your devotion.....

You may call me spirit
You may call me ghost
Listen closely and you'll hear it
The name I go by most............

I am poltergeist......allow me to be your host
