Car Crash

By TheFailedCaterpillar

No No No!

You promised!

you said!

I put my trust in you!

only to be mislead!

I’m only eight years old!

Can I trust you?

What else will you lie about!

Is it your job?

Your money?

Your life?

Never again!

Never EVER again!

You lied!

You made me cry!

You left my heart,

Alone to die!

I’ve gotten over it now,

what’s that you say?

We’re seeing a movie?

I love movies!

Hooray!

But first to the post office,

I understand,

I fall asleep in the car,

waiting…

I wake up hours later.

You’re nowhere to be seen.

I read a note on the dashboard,

with the light of my watch screen.

You’ve met a nice pretty lady,

who likes kids and especially Dads,

and you’ve gone to a restaurant to mingle,

use this key to drive home, don’t be sad.

My heart fills up with anger!

You’ve left me and not looked back.

You left me in an unlocked car,

and then sent me home,

with the driving skills,

I lack.
