A teacher who cared
By Razor-kissed-wrists
I've made it this far
I didn't think I could
But with a help
of a teacher who cared
I turned my life around
I don't think
I'd be here without her
I'm trying to get better for her and myself
She helped me when she didn't know me
That means the world to me
Thank-you for saving me
Without judging me or putting me down
Noone could ask for a better teacher.

Yeah, never keep your eyes closed to possible heroes out there; yes most people are mindless masses of sheep, but there are shepards hiding in sheeps clothing. Glad you found one.

teachers? C'mon... what do they ever do anyway... seriously, a very nice tribute! You should really tell the teacher this (if you haven't already) because I bet it would mean a lot to him or her. Welcome to the Valley!

Not often do we pay tribute to those who have such a profound impact upon our precious lives. In my book this piece shatters all of my writings... for it was born of appreciation, a heartfelt thank you. Welcome to Dark Poetry.
