Pixie Waits

By tinkdarkchyld

Sands of time slide idly bye, a soft sigh slows the ebbing tide.

Throbbing within my breast,
the pounding of my heart.

In the middle years,
waiting for life to start.

Lookin out my eyes alight,
I gaze upon a lovely sight.

His penetration splits my soul in two,
hope and bliss I never knew.

Rolling green feilds washed away,
beneath aquamarine orbs I sway.

The ice of the gaze ignite and enflame,
jewels of desire does He feel the same?

Flowing words twist and turn.
Frozen and forsaken,
He asks if I am taken.
Thrilling and elated,
I pause for He is belated.

Crimson lips part as I offer my all,
desperate and trembling in fear of the fall.

Soaring high above the world,
I breath in the ether.
Arms spread wide I can see it all.

Phrases of pain and doubt confuse and confound me,
no way in Heaven or Hell bright flame can He think the words
say His name.

He speaks of commonality
and lack of originallity,
I try to ease the misconceptions
but He thinks them only my perceptions.

Pixies voice pleads for reason,
hoping for another season.

He fades away,
saying He needs wait til a better day.

Emerald eyes melt as raging waters of loss break forth,
inside she dies and sinks into the artic of the north.

Numb and unsung,
her fallen angel takes all she was
leaving none.

Nights slip bye
and she tells a lie.

Smiling brightly while the anguish squeezes her tightly.

Running thru an ebony twilight,
all her joy evaporates as He vanishes from sight.

Fighting thru the days she dances and pleases,
while inside she shivers and freezes.

In the distance she hears the sirens song,
wth a tenuous smile she knows He wont be gone long.
