weeping willow

By disposable

for brandi-

melancholy in all her beauty
she soaks up the rain
pulling it up and into her
calling it her own
it holds in the heart of her
until the moon breaks
through the clouds
and when shes sure no on is watching
she lets down
onto the velvet moss pillow below
and with the full grace of her limbs
she weeps--as the willow

I have missed your work. I felt like I breathed in the rain and held my own breath. A lovely tribute
