voids of vortex

By indefined

a blank face
portrays the mask
to be worn indefinite...
multi-shadowed crayons
poised to colour
surrealy solemn threads
into tapestry spun
as rivulets of blood
in bloom run from
the barrel of a
ribbon wound gun

the sonic aura of bass
reverberates through a room
of hollow demure like silence
captured in a calamity of codeine
a cube of condensed correlation
consumes that of the mind
while tainting that of the soul
a daze to enrapture this craze
flows of the illicit travel through
veins networked like a maze

thought reels remaining uncaught
as the uncaught remains unthought
the deeper flakes of inner scraping
the nights fight to see what will be wrought

whispers whirl in the voids of vortex
a tremulous cadence of incisive serenity
to consume all in a dead star of vacuum
the vague vagrant vagabond veils his veins
crackles of fire aglow a page that
has temporarily forgotten the embers of rage
these chemicals erode angers crumbling abode
as eyes seek out the paths hidden
in the vast array of forks in the road
retinal scanning seeks to crack the internal code

a raptured face
sets the task
abroad limits infinite
multi-echoed complexities
poised to discolour
fragiley woven threads
into tapestries of dye
combining rivulets of
blood entombed with
the chamber of a
ribbon wound gun
