My name is Kelly. I really enjoy the arts, more specifically poetry and photography. I started writing when I was 13 and started photography when I was 14. I prefer to write rhyming poetry such as aa-bb-cc etc., abcb, and abab., but I will sometimes write blank verse. I came to this site looking for poetry that describes how I'm feeling and that opens me up to other forms of poetry. I've been reading a lot of the works on darkpoetry and I am absolutely amazed at the amount of talent that is shown here. So by joining I'd like to be able to develop some of the talent that these other writers have.
