Dissapointments

By myscreamsilenced

It seems like every breath I take
Is another disappointment for you
I’ve made mistakes
And I know you have too

You pretend that you are fine
That you can take on everyone
But I’ve seen you when you think you’re alone
I’ve seen what you’ve done

You don’t let yourself cry
You don’t have too
You cut yourself
With the blood, your body does it for you

So why are you angry when I do it?
Are you afraid for me?
Maybe you are
Or maybe you hold this as your thing selfishly

Now every breath you take
Is another disappointment for you
You’ve made mistakes
And you know it now too.
