Moonlight and the Weight of Empty Shadows
By Fading_Smile
It's funny,
How easy it is for me to follow the blind,
for those who have seen the light linger
on the borders of shadows and darkness, unsteady.
and those who see the world through hollow
eyes know it is nothing but darkness.
and it's ironic,
Finding a colorblind understanding,
a medium between lonliness and bleeding colors,
resolve to shadows and their charred inquisition.
Try to understand,
and ask yourself.
In a black and white existence,
what shade of grey is the lining of your soul?
and retreat,
into the darkest
of white lights.

Nicely done, kid. An excellent bit spoken beyond your years. A good positive message.
