A toast to Redneck

By Emma Lee

He sees the day but not the sun...
He lives his life yet has no fun...
He thinks himself worth nothing at all...
He sees the ground and hopes to fall.

But I know the truth of his soul...
And I know his pain too well...
I know he is a special friend...
And I'll toast him till the end!
