Temerity's Resurgence

By Temerity

Forgive me for whatever I have done,
What I have been, what I am about to become.
Cycles of change, as with Seasons & Tides,
Crash as the Groom with Resurgence the Bride.

Time and Age cast false linear view,
For the Death of the Old clears the way for the New.
Knowledge chooses not to understand.
Close the circle... Come, take my hand.

Paralytic contingency, your dreams cast aside
Tympanic echoes of the screams you hide
Savor the sweetness of pain and fears
Ride the continuum of Temerity's tears.

Exhilarated path towards antithesis
Damn inexistence of eternal bliss
The journey is not for the faint of heart.
Acknowledging yours is a good place to start.
