A Laissez-faire Affair

By Rebel_not_Radical

The crescent moon was dialed against
The starry skied tempest, restless
Asking directions from my wrist watch

"hey, hey..."
it whispered in ethereal mists to me

Becaused I traversed paradoxically
In the universe streets of infinity
Zipper in boots and loose change in faded jeans
Jingle like happy fools on lunatical elation

If I breath enough maybe my
Chest cavity will burst out with laughs
So I sniffed some more milky way stars
Or did I light another cigarette from mardi gras

But I think i'll walk on by bit-by-bit
Sometimes life seems to get us down
And I want to stop living in my dream
A dream of ultramarine

"hey, hey..."
it licked some words in my ears

~"Go ahead lay down dead"~
Because I want to pass on by

Your talent always shines through, your words so uniquely different and I love your style and the imagery you paint so beautiful. "If I breathe enough maybe my chest cavity will burst out with laughs"

I very much like the quote on your homepage, as well - "The first man to compare a woman's cheek to a rose is a poet; the second one was an idiot"...no truer words written... Scholar
