Mausoleum Beauty Queen

By Last1inLine

'What a crying shame' they say
as her life slips from her veins
Cover her eyes with copper
disguising her fear and walk away
Such
a
bitter
smile
my Dear Mariah
will not
ever
be
the same

This porcelain won't ever come clean
Yeah - so far beyond stained
These white walls drip with her desperate laughter
this bed cries out her name
Burn
it
to
the
ground
This home
we found
until
the ashes
fall
like rain

This world is EMPTY without you
my angel in crime
I feel I'm wasting away
my breath
my life
my time

~This porcelain won't ever come clean Yeah - so far beyond stained These white walls drip with her desperate laughter this bed cries out her name~ that verse left me with such vivid images and the title alone was worthy of praise ~kristy
