The Oak

By Trail of Fiends

Your scintillant face, amazes me
We glue our skin
And we scalp fear
Climbing walls, hand in hand
We make love on the roof
And lighting candles whirl in circles
As the sweat drops shatter the ground
Transforming wood into a bed of lilies
Where we fall softly
Without gazing away
Without letting get cold what wandered in our soul

Glorious autumn
That I declared to the world under an oak
Where we slept by the amazement of the stars
For something so little
Being more majestic than the universe

Here we lie
Away from oceans and magma
We perforate searching
And met underneath my declaration
Like Adam and Eve with putrefying flesh

Embraced, the worms contemplate us
And we become the oak’s branches
Blooming petals of red under a sky of different tones
It brought juvenile joy and scorching passions
For all the living beings that shared the seasons

Throughout the years, other oaks joined us in growth
Developing a system of bloodied roots under earth
It's a new creature that we gave birth
Made of veins of love and lack of shapes
That forever will live the lovers curse

incredible...wow...i'm speechless...eventhough this is short...it's nothing far from feeling like it has enough wisdom and lessons within to be a novel....great job....-knight

Yeah. But the feeling gone and the essence of the work wouldn't be the same. I agree with your opinion though.
