foreshadowing a death

By hopeless

I'll lay on your grave just to tell you i love you,
A pulse
My heartbeat
is all you need to know
and all i wish to hear

But i wont

Your ghost will sit at the edge of my bed as I sleep,
Dance with me when rain falls so sadly, outlining your figure,
Watch me walk through the crowd toward the stage,
Listen to the song pouring from my heart, by words unspoken,
Cradle my heart when I realize your gone,
and put me back together

When I am Finally Dead...

Melancholy and dark and beautiful. Mourning is so personal yet you share it so well. This was heart felt.
