Parents?Hardly
By Heart of Stone
To think that we call ourselves a family
We're nothing close to a family
Maybe it's because you don't understand me
And maybe that's because you don't try to
Give me a day
And let's switch lives
You take my pain
My heartache
my lonliness
And let's see if you end the day with a smile
I know you won't
Maybe one day you'll ask my why I'm crying
Instead of telling me to stop
I know, It's my own fault...So you say
But you must not get it
You must not understand
That I can't just walk away from it all
The things that are killing me
Are what I'm living for
