Where is my Happiness
By so_skeevy
Sometimes I think about how the world is so messed up
Is the glass half full or half empty
I don’t even have a cup.
And I’m expected to be happy, in this world of lies.
Well every time I try, something in me dies.
I’m sick of studying, I’m sick of trying
I’m sick of failing, and i'm sick of crying.
I don’t want to be like you
Work until they say i’m through
Let’s get jobs to make a lot of money
Have plastic lives, “I love you honey”
Use each other, make it last
Throw your friends away, then forget the past
And all you can do
Is just try and pull through
In the end you’ll look back on all you’ve built,
And realize all that’s left is your guilt
