Just us and the stars
By riCOCKulous
As these eyes so jaded
Look up to the faded
Star from afar
In it's glistening gold to behold
Held with care
And left along and bare
Sometimes to wonder why
We cry
Over our own
When we ourselves are alone
In the universe
That is cursed
That is my luck
To just be a fuck
Will I love what is above?
Will you fade away?
Or be here to stay
In blissful company
Where you can see
You and me
Were meant to be
And made for more
Than what an orgasm can endure
These words speak true
To us who are new
To this Earth that we came
To birth the unsettling state
Between ourselves and our mate
The questions of why and who
That we subdue
With our stares and unconscious glares
But I don't care
Because I bare
The knowledge to know
To help us grow
Into more
Than what love is intended for.

Sexuality, astronomy, and poetic vulgarity combined. How I love it. This my favorite of your works.
