Wasted Tears

By Anaelle

They fall
And they drop
Splashing on the floor
Soaking into skin
Cooling hot cheeks
They always come in a flood
Emotions being drowned...
...Into numbness
Salt against your tongue
Why do you kiss them away?
When they're not for you...
Do you feel my pain?
When you catch them...
...On your fingertips
I always wonder
When they soak into your skin
Are you taking apart of me?
Am I giving them away willingly?
Crystaline...captured
